Festivals: Artsplosure and Spring continues…

The marketers of Downtown seem to have some sort of festival or event planned for downtown every weekend throughout the summer. This weekend was Artsplosure.

I enjoy walking Fayetteville Street where the craft vendors set up their tents and the stages for the bands throughout the area.

The skys were dark around lunch but cleared so there was no rain.

And the crowds were out after lunch.

All kind of arts and crafts. 

And the clouds cleared.

We strayed from Fayvetteville Street to the shops of downtown.

And a coffee shop: Cafe de los Muertos 

And then to Moore Square for more bands and art and sand castles 

And then to the Raleigh Rose Garden. 

And a little real estate open house browsing!

This 1950s house was taken down to the studs and then rebuilt!

I could live in garden shed!

Oh well, back to my side of downtown.
