Trip to the North Carolina Coast.

I grew up mostly in Morehead City, North Carolina on the coast. My grandmother was born on Ocracoke Island which is an island off the coast of North Carolina accessible only by ferry. She moved to Beaufort, North Carolina and married and raised her family there.

As a child, we would camp in Salter Path which is another island community on an island called Bogue Banks which has a bridge at each end of the 18 mile long barrier island.
