Blue Mist Flower

Blue Mistflower or Wild Ageratum (Conoclinium coelestinum)- is one of my favorite native perennials. It begins blooming in the Fall when not much else is blooming but it can be aggressive in a moist and sunny location.

  1. I still have a little of this that was given to my dad by his aunt MANY years ago. It is in an area where the soil is very hard (fill dirt) that I have replaced and amended multiple times. I need to really work on this species or I could loose it completely. Thanks for sharing!
