One last shot of The Meadow before Isaias begins to roll into the area. Monday and Tuesday temperatures will be in the mid 80s. A tropical storm watch and flash flood watch has been issued for 13 counties in North Carolina, from Wake County eastward along the I-95 corridor. Communities in the watch area can expect 3-6 inches of rain, winds gusting to 60 mph and chance for isolated tornadoes.
