With daytime temps in the upper 80s I have now switched my summer schedule of garden work —- which begins at 6:30am. I also declare Summer 2020 the Summer of Vinca, or some call Periwinkle!
A tropical storm watch has been issued for the North Carolina coast from Surf City to Duck, including the Pamlico Sound and Albemarle Sound. A tropical storm watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible within the watch area, generally within 48 hours.
