Southern Indian Azaleas

The South is famous for our Azaleas. These both are Southern Indian Azaleas: on the left is George Tabor, on the right is my favorite: Formosa

Southern Indian azaleas can grow 12 feet tall and 10 feet wide

The Vegetable Garden is planted and a few other happenings….

I was able to make it in to a garden center as soon as they open to get a few vegetable plants and make it home before any crowds …

A beautiful day for garden work .

A beautiful day here in Raleigh to edge the patio and dig back the Liriope and reset the brick boarder. A nice little clump of Solomon Seal to the left and Bay laurel to the right. A Japanese Painted Fern and Christmas in the fore corner. Both were self seeded/spores which is why they are so close to each other.
