Is Ipheio also known as rain lily? i can’t believe how many flowers you have on yours! Mine are so much smaller than this — I hope they continue to grow and bloom more like the one in this picture!

No, Rain lily or rainlily is the common name for the following closely related families of flowering plants:
Zephyranthes, Habranthus, or Cooperia
They look similar but Ipheion: flowers in spring, usually in shades of white or pale blue.
